Help Wanted – Kickstarter Campaign: I am looking for an experienced film student to shoot a 3 minute video for my Kickstarter.com campaign. The video will include interview shots, black and white silent film style shots, some voice over recordings to incorporate into the background music. The filming will be done in a restaurant so lighting may be necessary. You will need to have your own equipment or have access to some. Help Wanted – BYUB Post-Production Student Video Editor: Two positions available video editing for programs, promotions and other on-air items broadcast on KBYU, BYU-Television and BYU-TV International. May work with full-time producers to edit weekly programming. Work days and times are flexible. Candidate who excel may receive increased responsibility and resume-enhancing work. Knowledge of DVD Studio Pro is helpful. A second language in Spanish or Portuguese is helpful, not required. Qualifications include 2-3 years experience editing and working knowledge of Apple Final Cut Pro and related programs such as Adobe Photoshop. Also some experience editing videos for people other than themselves. Candidate must be reliable, on time, a problem solver, flexible, able to deal with change and have an attention to detail. Help Wanted – BYUB Post-Production Student DVD Authoring Specialist:  The Student DVD Authoring Specialist at BYU Broadcasting should have a working knowledge of Apple DVD Studio Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro, and related media creation programs such as Photoshop. A working knowledge of compression technologies for DVD and the web is also helpful. The Student DVD Authoring Specialist will be directly involved in DVD production for BYUB programs and presentations. Candidates must be reliable, on time, flexible, and able to take projects from start to end.
